Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or payment confirmation) must be provided.
Please note:
Certain products like limited-edition or final-sale items may not be eligible for return. Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., worn shoes or used accessories) will not be accepted.
Return Process

- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return shipping process.
- The product must be shipped back using a Private Courier ID provided by our team.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return does not meet the conditions stated, the item will be shipped back to you.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only.
If you received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with clear photos and your order details.
We’ll arrange for a quick replacement wherever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
