Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or payment confirmation) must be provided.

Please note:
Certain products like limited-edition or final-sale items may not be eligible for return. Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., worn shoes or used accessories) will not be accepted.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return shipping process.
  4. The product must be shipped back using a Private Courier ID provided by our team.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet the conditions stated, the item will be shipped back to you.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only.
If you received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with clear photos and your order details.
We’ll arrange for a quick replacement wherever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
